My stay at the resort was a mixed experience. On one hand, the layout of the grounds was beautiful and the beach area was pristine. On the other hand, I found the dining options to be lacking, particularly the buffets and specialty restaurants. While I appreciated the friendly staff, certain facilities seemed outdated. Overall, it was a decent getaway, but not without its drawbacks.
My stay at this resort had its ups and downs. The location was stunning and the butler service, especially from Jeuri, made the experience stress-free. The food was unexpectedly delicious, and the drinks by the pool were top-notch. On the downside, my experience with room service was far from ideal, with cleanliness issues and repeated shortcomings in basic amenities. Overall, I enjoyed the trip but certain aspects need serious improvement.
The resort has beautiful landscaping and a stunning beach, making it visually appealing. Service can be hit-or-miss, especially if you need any assistance. The dining experience varies from excellent to average, and some facilities like the gym were frequently closed. Overall, it offers a mix of great and frustrating elements during the stay.
I had a wonderful 10-day stay at Punta Cana Princess All Suites Resort and Spa. The small, adults-only resort offered a peaceful atmosphere and excellent service, especially at the buffet dining. The rooms were cozy, but the experience was slightly marred by the wine selection and beach cot reservations. Overall, it was a pleasant vacation with great weather during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The rooms were clean and well-designed, and there were some great staff who stood out. However, the service at the restaurants and check-in was disappointing, and I faced multiple issues with reservations and responsiveness. Overall, while the location and amenities were appealing, the level of service wasn't what I expected from a 5-star resort.
